What is the Golf'us customer profile?

The Golf'us customer profile gives us access to the information needed to manage your orders. You can freely consult your personal data: you can modify them or request their cancellation by sending an email to customerservice@golf-us.com

 

Access your customer profile for:

How can I create my Golf'us customer profile?

Just click the "Customer Profile" section at the top of the site, just below the blue band. Continue the procedure by filling out the form in the "New Customer" space. You will then be asked to enter your data and the password you prefer.

 

How do I recover my ID and password?

If you forgot your password, click "customer profile" at the top right of the screen and then "forgot your password". A new password will be automatically sent to your email address when you register.

How can I contact you?

For any questions about products, deliveries, returns, availability and much more, Golf'us customer service is at your disposal. You can contact us by:

- Call 023809934. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9.00-13.00; 14.00-18.00.

 

Can I save my shopping cart between visits?

If you have logged in with your credentials, you will find your basket and the selected items. You may complete your order later

 

PRODUCTS AND STOCKS

 

Is the product information definitive?

The technical and aesthetic information of the articles are purely indicative.

 

Where can I find product-specific information?

Browsing the site, simply click on the products to access the detail tab. You will see all the information made available directly by the manufacturers, completed with images, features and attributes. In the case of products with the possibility of selection, for example, clothing,  you can select the desired size/color option via the drop-down menu.

 

How do I know if the article I want is available?

The products visible on our website are available with the presence of at least 1 unit in our warehouses. The products NOT available, have indicated expected waiting times for their supply at our warehouses. In the case of products on promotion or not included in the new collections, unintentional stock problems may arise. The "pre-ordered" products will be shipped to the customer as soon as all the ordered goods are available. With pre-orders, customers can book or purchase products before they are in stock. For any additional information about product availability, please contact customer service.

 

How can I find the product I’m looking for on Golf'us?

Within the site you can search for products in the following ways:

-  Through the search box at the top, next to the Golf'us logo

-  Entering the product keyword

-  Selecting the filter by brand

-  Navigating within the categories, visible on each page of the site

MY ORDER

 

How to place an order?

To proceed with the order you must place the products in the cart. Inside each product sheet you will find the orange "add to cart" button. By pressing it, the product will be automatically inserted in the cart, which you can call at any time by clicking on the appropriate link located at the top right, or on the icon at the bottom right. When your list is complete click the "submit your order" button and follow the steps to complete the procedure:

 

-  ENTER CREDENTIALS or REGISTER (for new customers)

- SELECT AND SAVE SHIPPING ADDRESS

- CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING COSTS (processed automatically)

- CHOICE OF METHOD OF PAYMENT

What is the processing time of my order?

All available orders received by 13.00 are shipped the same day. Except for:

-  Items not available immediately. Customer service will notify you of the waiting times and, where possible, any replacement products.

-  Selected items with payment method "Bank transfer" (In this case, orders will be processed once payment is received)

Please note that each order is handled individually.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

 

Simply reply to the order confirmation email you received automatically, requesting the necessary changes or cancellation. Alternatively, write an e-mail to customerservice@golf-us.com specifying the order number in question. Requests for changes or cancellations received at different addresses may not be handled promptly.

 

PAYMENT

 

What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your order in several ways:

-  Credit card

-  Paypal account

- Bank transfer

-  Cash on delivery for amounts up to 999€

 

What is a guaranteed price?

Golf'us is committed to selling its products at the best price on the market. All products, within the product sheet, have the list price fixed by the manufacturer for the public compared to our discounted price. This choice is due to the need to ensure maximum transparency to our customers.

 

Is VAT included in the price?

VAT is always included in the price of the items offered on Golf'us.

 

 

SHIPMENT

 

My purchases directly to my home: in how long and at what price?

Express couriers guarantee delivery in 24/48 working hours, depending on the distance of the destination from the shipping branch. Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia are served in 2 working days. The smaller islands between 2 and 5 days. To know the shipping costs, which the system automatically calculates based on the delivery address and the weight of the items chosen, please refer to the section on shipping methods. When you entrust a package to an express courier, the waybill is issued with a unique identification number (tracking number), which allows you to check the status of the shipment at any time by connecting to the UPS website. The delivery time is clearly defined and can be consulted on https:///www.ups.com/ depending on the destination. In addition, in the event of unforeseen events, action can be taken.

 

 

Can I quote the price of the shipment?

Yes, after filling out the cart with the products you want, you can request a quote by indicating your ZIP code and destination town within the box "Calculate Delivery Costs". The system will automatically indicate in the cart the methods and the estimated price for shipping.

 

 

Can I enter an address other than my home address for delivery?

The Golf'us customer profile allows you to store multiple addresses where you can receive your purchases. It is a perfect solution to send gifts to friends or receive packages even in the office, on vacation and even on the golf course.

 

RETURN

 

OUR POLICY OF RETURN

The products are refunded and not replaced, sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of all the items ordered.

 

DEFECTIVE ARTICLES

If you receive defective goods, you may have the right to return these goods and ask us to repair or replace them or obtain a refund. Please return the defective items within 14 days of receiving them. Please do not use defective items or we may not be able to provide a refund/replacement.

 

How to return an item and how much does it cost?

Returns are free at the UPS Access Point closest to you, just request the return label via your UPS tracking received with the shipping confirmation. Alternatively, free returns are also available at one of our stores. You have 14 days to send us the unwanted goods from the day you receive it.

IMPORTANT: Remember to make the return request (RMA) through your Golf'Us account in the "RMA" section at the same time as the return shipment. The RMA will allow us to process the return and once the status and integrity of the goods and their original packaging have been verified upon receipt, we will proceed with a refund or issue of a GIFT CARD of the same amount.

 

How long does it take to process my return?

It may take up to 15 working days from the date of return for the delivery of the package to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the return, the next step is to check the item or items. Once the check is made, we will refund you via the payment method used. Funds should appear on your statement in up to 7 business days (times are dictated by the card issuer). In case of an order paid with a Gift Card we will proceed to the refund through the same method. You can then reuse your Gift Card. We will make sure to keep you updated on the status of your return.

 

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

Golf'us does NOT offer the possibility to exchange the returned goods. Just return the items and reorder for a replacement. The refund will be processed once we receive the unwanted items.
